a little bit of allyson

allyson is a sixteen-year-old libra who uses blogging as a solace away from life and on her blog, she rambles on about, well, her life. she is a feminist and aims to travel the world one day and shoot period poverty and the stigmas associated with it in the butt. allyson is also an optimist and has the incredible ability to remember nice things that happened to her ten years ago, and also the ability to forget the pain she suffered ten seconds ago. allyson is a christian, granted, not the greatest and definitely not the most perfect, but she believes her life to have no meaning without jesus christ.

allyson is a teenager. she knows and grows with the unfortunate mood swings and changes like every other teenager in the world. she knows that teenagers think, do and believe not-good things every now and then. and that the smallest things irritate them. which is why she made this blog. to spread happiness to everybody and tell them ‘its okay, it happens.’

something unexpected happened when she started this blog on the twenty-first of march, twenty eighteen. she found new friends. new people to share the same thing, marching towards the same goal and walking hand in hand with the same god. that day, she saw the beauty of the blogosphere.

in her heart of hearts, she can now honestly say that in god’s plan for her, the blog was one of the best things to happen.
